Warranty
Express Martial Arts Supply warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Express Martial Arts Supply's liability is limited to repairing products that are returned prepaid to Express Martial Arts Supply within this 30-day period.

Orders are encrypted using Verisign verified SSL encryption credit card numbers are never transmitted insecurely at the checkout page you can verify the certificate.
Returns and Exchanges
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-30 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 30 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items. All returns need to include a copy of original invoice for proper credit or exchanges. Only purchased from Express Martial Arts Supply will be accepted for return. Worn or washed items will not be exchanged. All items accepted for returns must include all original instructions and packaging. Footwear must be in original box. Please do not send the return by using the shoe box as the outer shipping box or your return will not be accepted.
Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via UPS, USPS., or insured parcel post. If slip is missing, please give us a call at 201-945-5299. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise, returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.

Weapons are sold only for collection, display or demonstration or training under expert supervision, demonstration of forms, collection, or display. expressmartialarts is not responsible for improper or illegal use or modification of the weapons or equipment is sells. Some weapons may be illegal in user's area, it is the users responsibility to research and follow state and local laws.
Weapons training requires: appropriate safety gear, including but not limited to head, face, eye, and mouth protection. Protection methods and gear vary for different weapons and techniques, make sure to always consult a professional and practice the appropriate safety measures. Weapons should only be used in a safe training environment.
To decrease chances of injury, user should respect weapon(s), inspect them before each use to insure they are in proper condition and not use them for sparring or contact. Weapons will not be sold to anyone under 18 years of age.
Sparring gear is intended to reduce the risk and severity of accidental injury to protected areas during supervised, no contact or light contact martial arts sparring. Gear sold by expressmartialarts is intended only for light martial arts sparring under the supervision of a skilled instructor who responsibly monitors techniques and intensity of sparring and insures students are properly trained and physically conditioned. All sparring participants should wear full sets of equipment and not use old, modified, damaged or improperly fitted equipment.
